Nausea or morning sickness is that sickly feeling of puking. It is one of those things
that almost all pregnant mums go through starting between weeks 4 and 6. Doctors

– Eat small and frequent meals as opposed to big meals.
– Sip on fluids
– Keep crackers by your bedside. eat a few crackers before going out of bed. Allow
time for digestion before starting your day.
– Rest and contact your health provider for prenatal vitamins or medication in case it is too much to bear.
